Just a reminder...No one from Cheney FCU, or our regulator NCUA, will contact you by phone, text or by email to request non-public personal information from you.  We will NOT call and ask for your account number or social security number.  We will NOT ask for your debit or credit card number to "re-activate" your card!  Never provide your personal account information in response to any email or telephone request for information. If you receive such a request please contact the credit union.

Try our new Telephone Teller!   Dial (888) 371-0017 and use the last four digits of the primary member's ss# as the PIN (you will be prompted to change the PIN immediately).  You can make transfers between your CFCU accounts, get information regarding rates, office hours, contact information, and much more!  Give it a try, we'd love to hear your feedback on this new service.
